I have found a few places to buy sheets of expanded foam pvc, but I am looking for a place to find 1/2" black, as well as 1/4" and 1/8". Most places don't carry the half inch in expanded foam pvc, just pvc.

Does anyone have a specific web site, or phone number. I've looked at a few "sign shops" web sites, and all I can find in black is 1/4"

Check the yellow pages under plastics too. Found a local place that will sell 4'x8'x1/4" Sintra for $55. They may or may not be able to order 1/2" stock for you.
