I am dabbling a little bit in wild caught chameleons. I purchased a wc weidersheimi and panther chameleon. Where can get some thing that will help get rid of the parasites or is that all up to the vet?
Thanks
Stevie

Dabbling in chameleons??? I'll say no more...
as for parasites - yes, you definitely need to bring them to a vet. There are different treatments for diffferent types of parasites as well as the overall health of the animal. It would be wise to have a vet do a complete work-up (fecal, bllod work, etc.) since they are wc to assess their general health as they may have other problems, too.
just my 2 cents
