Feeding question for grey banded

happycrook Apr 04, 2004 12:00 AM

I have an eight month old grey banded who is quite the pig! LOL He has been easily eating a pinky every other day for about 2 weeks now and I am wondering if this is normal and/or if we should cut back. Otherwise, he (Nitro) is healthy, spunky and true to his name... fast!! LOL We have had him 4 weeks now and he has had one shed as well.

Thank you in advance.

He's still growing. Let him eat.

Just watch for little lumps of fat deposits along his body.

LOL!

You really should drop it to every 4-8 days. Give his body a chance to expell the waste before giving him new food.
As it is, his body is always working on overtime.

LOL Nitro has no problem expelling his food!! LOL As a matter of fact, he just expelled in hubby's hand this morning!!

I agree, I will feed him less often and see how he does.

Thanks!
