schultz orchid bark

hey all how do you feel about using Schultz Orchid Bark in my PDF tank as a substrate if you are not farmiliar with it there is a picture of it and a description adn the link provided. i just wnat to knwo if it will hurt my dart frogs and also was woundering if moss will grow on it please help

Hi Nick,

I have used that brand of orchid bark in terrariums that house dart frogs. It is basically just a mix of fir bark, charcoal and gravel. Instead of spending $9 on a bag of the mix I now use fir bark which can be purchased from pet stores in larger quantities for a cheaper cost. Good luck,
