Scar Question

I had just bought a Columbian Red Tail baby and I just noticed that there is a little scar and it looks like there are a few scales missing. This was the nicest boa that they had and it's not a huge deal so I don't want to bring her back I was just wondering if the scales will come back after a couple sheds or if it will stay and scar up.
