How about Ontario?

Tempest has his own baseboard heater with 2 coils disabled so it doesn't get too hot. I have thermometers in his cage, at the top and at the bottom, so I can adjust the heater as I need to. He also gets alot of heat from his basking lamp, keeps the top nice and toasty and the bottom of the cage where the baseboard heater is about right as well.

Whenever I go to feed him, I can feel how much warmer his enclosure is, lucky boy! The sides against the walls are plywood, the other sides are plywood and glass windows that I kept when windows were being replaced in various family houses. The window on the side near the back door are argon-filled high-E etc etc that you want in your house for insulation, the front is the heavy glass sliders from my replaced kitchen window.

Before he was in this enclosure, I would drape a heavy blanket around the sides and back of his old enclosure to keep heat in, as well as on the top (going around the lights, no fires that way). He stayed toasty, even in a room that got quite cold.
