i am getting ready to breed this female but i am trying to decide what male i want to breed her to.

here is the female

here is the first male i am thinking of breeding her to. A tangerine albino

and here is the second i am considering. I will be recieving him tommorow.

If i breed her to the second male posted, no doubt they should be nice offspring, with nice orange coloration. And he seems to be from a strong bloodline. He is 8 months old and 72 grams!

but if i breed her to the tangerine albino the offspring should also have nice coloration, but i wonder how many body spots the babies will end up with? I wonder how dominant the hypo will be.

not sure who i should breed her to.... any suggestions?

You should breed her to the albino to create some killer hets. I bet you'll get a large percentage that look like the mom, so when you breed some back to the dad they'll make some screamer(hopefully) hybinos. Being that the Hypo in true Carrot Tails are dom or co-dom, I'd bet you'll be pretty pleased from the offspring. There are a ton(too many in my opinion) of SHCT's on the market nowadays that if you could create them w/that boy's genes you'd still be able to unload a few and keep a few back for next year.

I agree with Rob...besides, since you are just getting the HTCT tomorrow, you won't be able to breed him for 3 months because you need to quarantine him.

Go for the nice Tang Tremper male. I know I would like a het from that pairing!!!!
