Pacman questions

hello,

i am thinking about getting a pacman frog.....but i dont know very much about them and i cant seem to find a very good caresheet...so if someone could give me a link to a good caresheet that would be cool....but for some opinions.....are pacman frogs aggressive towards humans? what is the best diet for them if rodent are taken out of it? and what kinds of water are a no no for them??? how fast do they grow???and how long do they live??? thanks,
