Thanks for all the help, but i beleive my Ralphie will pass away tonight

dmlove Apr 05, 2004 08:24 PM

He was getting better, nobody knew what was wrong, i was handfeeding him and he gained 15 grams in the last week, but tonight i checked, he has his eyes glazed over and rolled back, and he is slowly breathing, and wont move hardly at all when flipped over...i beleive its his time. I dont kkknow what went wrong, he was my favorite, had him since a 4 week old, my first one. He is 2 years old almost in a few weeks. I would do a necropsy but i have no money and dont really know where to get it anyway. Do i ask my vet? how much does it cost? thats not really my worry right now, i didnt bother force feeding him tonight, i wanted his last night to be as stress free as it can be. I have 39 eggs from him, maybe i can keep a baby in memory...Ill miss the big guy so much, i just dont know, he founded my whole business...Thanks all, im dreading the morning when i may find him...
I love you Ralph

So sorry for you but he is headed to the best basking spot around. Hope the babies will help you go on. He left you to guard his memory and kids that is a pretty strong responsibility.
