I’d imagine someone has said this to you before, but it’s worth restating. You can place a moist paper towel over the egg to help it plump up again. Another thing you can do I burry the egg in the incubation medium. Both methods just add to the moisture surrounding the egg.
Can you see movement from the gecko inside the egg? That would the only thing that tell me 100% that the baby inside is still alive. Sometimes eggs will appear perfect for the first few weeks (good size, color, and presence of red veins), but then fail due to any number of things. From what I’ve seen, denting without hatching is not a good sign at the age that your eggs are. Wish I had better news, but I’d still recommend that you continue to incubate them until they completely collapse, or mold over. Hope this helps a little.
