It could take another month, or it could even take a year. There's no way to really know. Some uros are skittish all their lives and some are so tame that they sit with you for hours watching TV. I'm not sure if species comes into play here (I don't know about hardwickii personalities). Just keep doing what you're doing now, he's still pretty young and quite skittish. He should tame down as he gets older. Sometimes, I find it helps when, if you see your uro out, DON'T look at him. If you want to see him, try doing it from your peripheral vision, don't be obvious about it. If a skittish uro feels like it's been spotted, it'll take off. Try to kinda ignore him and it should help him feel more comfortable. Do you talk softly to him when you hold him? That sometimes help as they associate soft talking with safety. Also talk softly to him when he is hiding, and when you are hand-feeding him so he'll make a positive association between your hand, your voice and food. Because of this, Ra has associated me with food and safety. You can't rush it, just keep at it and he'll get better.
Good luck with Amon, he's so cute
