Im going to whiteplains show in a couple weeks. I will be looking for pastel, pastel hets or albino hets. I know some of you go to alot of shows and probably have tables, what should I expect to pay for a pastel, pastel het or het for albinos (0 hets) at a show?

Don't buy ANYTHING from that Vendor.

Maybe you should do some research on Dominant vs simple Ressesive traits before you part with you hard earned $$$$

Hey,
i frequent the white plains show...you can expect average prices...I haven't seen any really cheap pastels there. I've been looking myself. I tried contacting a vendor to see if he was able to get wild caught pastels for cheaper but has not gotten back to me, so I gave up on that one..lol
hopefully they'll be a little cheaper but I assume it will be the usually 1200 to 1500 dollars. so do you live in the area as well or you just coming by for the show?

I live in NJ. Wow $1200-$1500 at a show? man I seen much cheaper here in classifieds. Oh well I just dont know what to do, im wondering if I can get a 0 het albino male breed to norm female and maybe start like that. I was hoping to see some cheaper prices on balls at the show then usual because I thought the prices are always cheaper at shows.

actually the classifieds are the cheapest i've ever seen them, when i saw them being presold for 750 my jaw dropped & actually once I had a chance to get one for 500 but instead of the guy telling me someone else was interested & it was first come first serve he took her money then told me...yea i was pissed but it's all good lol.. i'll get one eventually. Now I have never tried talking anyone down on price for a pastel at the show because I never had the money to back it up. There'll be albino hets there...N.E.R.D. is prob the safest bet at that show. Personally if you are looking to buy snakes that will give back the quickest I believe it would be pastel. I have het albinos & it's clear to me now that I prob should have gone with a pastel & a couple normal females instead of what I did. See I wanted to breed to trade & buy more higher end balls & the albino hets are taking longer than I expected..lol Had I bought a pastel & a couple girls I might have had more money to spend on my hobby! either way I'm sure you'll find something to bring home..lol
