Critical Care is a good product for uros (herbivorous formula), though you have to have a decent sized feeding needle to use it. I have used "Flucker" Farms Repti-Aid with success. I used hot water to mix, and added in a little pea baby food and some nutri-bac to keep up the good gut flora. Sometimes they will lick it right up without having to force it. Force feeding is very stressful, so I wouldn't do it unless it was vital.
Be careful not to get food under her tongue, as that's where the airway is. I don't recall - did you have a fecal check done to eliminate the possibility of parasites? That might affect appetite.
I know many people use Parazap (at least on beardies) to reduce parasites and increase appetite. I've never used it, but it's supposed to be a very good product.
