how do i put one of my pics on this?

This is how i do it.

1.) sign up for a shutterfly account, its free. goto shutterfly.com.

2.) click on add pictures to an album. add whatever pictures you want to post, throw in that album.

3.) Now after the pictures have been uploaded, click on view my pictures. click which ever one you want to post to enlarge it from the thumbnail. now right click the picture and select "properties".

4.) Just copy the url from the properties menu, and enter it in "image url" at the bottom of this page.

this is what a shutterfly url will look like:
