Could someone who recently purchased a snapping turtle...

tell me where you bought it, if you are pleased with the health of the animal you purchased? I'm looking to purchase a hatchling or young snapping turtle for educational purposes, but I want to buy a healthy animal that won't die within three days of the purchase.

I've bought a number of snappers from John (turtleman.com)
in Missouri. Never had a problem.
Don't know what his stock is right now. He's probobly getting ready to pick eggs soon.
