Whistling Ball Python????

jack7777766 Jun 13, 2003 12:34 PM

Hi,
Ive had my ball python for 1 year, however I bought it as a adult so its 4' long. Since I got it every now and again I hear it whistle. I dont think its an RI because ive had it for almost a year now in August and its always had it. I dont think he could have anything in his nose because last shed was a perfect donught so Id assume it would have come off.
He eats fine, poop is fine, weight is fine, everything else is fine besides the whistling

Does anyone have any clue as to what it is??

Thanks
Jack

Some snakes do it all the time for no reason, some when they're stressed. I don't think anything would be wrong if he is thriving in the environment he is in.

My son's snake, who I know for sure is perfectly healthy, whistles ALL the time. My son, little kook that he is, just whistles along with him. They've got their own little chorus going on!
