Cage Size help!

HerpHolder Apr 07, 2004 02:46 PM

Is it inhumane to keep a ball in a 20 gallon aquar.? I don't have the snake yet but it is approx. 160 grams.. I've seen so many different setups I'm wondering what would be the best in the long-run and wether or not they really need a huge cage.. Thanks again - Sophia

yes, the very MIN size cage you need (either custom made or rubbermaid because aquariums SUCK at holding in humdity) is 36"Lx17"Wx8"H give or take on the height.

Try going to google.com and tpying in "ball python care sheets"

(with the little " " and all) and it should bring you to tons of caresheets for BP's.
