Whats some good FREE website builders that you can put pictures on and make a snake website from?

I use Tripod. I hear a lot of groans from people hearing I have a tripod site, but...I've heard nothing but good reviews on the appeal of my site.
Yahoo is also a pretty descent site builder too.
