I'm not sure about the silkworms, but i wouldn't recommend using live plants b/c pacmans dig into the substrate and will constantly dig them up. Good luck
air plants are good, you can find them at blackjungle.com, also pothos are good to. silkworms i am unsure of and i wouldn't recomend them at all, just stick with earth worms or mealies, but remember mealies are high in fat and should be feed sparingly
I'm sure silkworms are fine. However, most caterpillars like waxworms are very high in fat. But many caterpillers are nutritious and soft, easy to digest.
I am not the biggest fan of horned frogs or african bullfrogs, as they grow massive, burrow, and will destroy their tank. You might want to try potted plants sunk in, and place large stones at the base to keep the frog from digging them up. Keeping the about 2 inches above the soil surface might help prevent damage. Start out with woody plants like rubber trees, as they will take more abuse than soft stemmed plants.

Congrats on your new frog purchase. I would highly recommend nightcrawlers (fishing worms) for the main part of the diet. Just make sure that they are not dyed (some, like the ones at walmart, are dyed green to be more appealing to fish while fishing.) Crickets may be your best bet while the frog is small. I'd use calcium dust on every third feeding to make sure your frog is getting enough calcium. Good luck! With any luck, you'll end up with something like this in a few years....
