how much to feed my 4 inch RES

I have a 4 inch and want to know how much I should feed him, I am currently feeding crickets and superworms and frosen mealworms... o and the occasional pellets. I want to know how much to feed him cuz He will eat and eat and eat until foods going in one end and poops coming out the other...

You can start feeding every other day. Feed as much food as about the size of his head every other day. I'd start offering more pellets and less of the other foods. Mealworms and superworms are not the most nutritious of foods. They're junk food for reptiles - OK as part of the diet, but not the staple. Try offering dark leafy greens now, and consider ordering turtle pellets from www.herpnutrition.com - Walkabout Farms makes a very good aquatic turtle pellet.

His diet at this point should consist of mostly green leafy veggies, not protein. Cut back the protein like the other poster said, and offer greens daily.
