Kiwi has bonded more!

ReptileGurl08 Apr 07, 2004 09:15 PM

I use to have Kiwi in a cage in our living room.He has gotten to big for his cage latley though.Kiwi has bonded to me when he was a hatchling(He was a cutie!)So I decided to let him free roam in my room...Ever since then he seems so happy!Use to he whould kinda trot away when I whould let him out and walked up to him.Now I can walk RIGHT to him without him walking away

And when I get on the phone with my friend he'll climb down from his purch and climb on the bed with be and sit beside me He almost made a mistake though..He sleeps at the top of my closet but the other day he was in my bed!It was a shock because a 3 1/4 iguana sleeping in your bed in the "surfer mode" like he was sleeping!lol

Ig_Daddy thanks!!!*Im Iggygurl*

I have always believed that iguanas are happiest when they free roam, and can interact WITH the family. I'm glad to see you are letting Kiwi free roam. Here is a picture of our Iggi lounging in her bed.
