How common do worms or parasites transfer???...more

bmills Jun 13, 2003 01:52 PM

I have a normal female who has runny poop, and she is housed with my other female albino. If she has parasites and/or worms what is the chance for them to transfer? My albinos poop is still looking good, well, looking as good as poop can, lol. But she doesn't have what my normal does, and I was wondering if it is worms or parasites does it have to transfer or could it be something else that doesn't transfer? My normal is still very active and comes to my hand when I put it in the tank, and climbs up, I just have trouble getting her off my arm, she loves climbing on shoulders.

if one gecko in an enclosure has something, treat all gex housed with it for same thing. They will all have been exposed, though symptoms don't always show up right away. Treat them all, thoughoughly clean and disinfect the cage, and do so again after the follow-up treatments (in case of panacur for worms)
