im sorry everyone..i have another question

karizmaflip Apr 08, 2004 08:01 AM

Ok you are probably sick of me posting but here it goes- my burmese was eating last night and he killed the rat ( he refuses pre-killed) and the rat slipped to a spot where he couldnt reach it, so he bit himself!! and he snagged his skin but left no mark. so i go to get my boyfriend to see this and he was doing it again!! and he was wrestling with himself. i was freaking out! is there any reason he did that? or was he just ticked off that his food slipped between his water bowl and the glass?

When I fed my burmy a few months ago, she was stretched out across the length of the cage when I dropped the rat in, and she struck, hit herself, let go, then struck herself again, then started to coil herself up and sit there... I reached in grabbed the rat, which was in the corner freaking out, and dangled it for her...
She realized her back didnt taste right and went for the rat, this time, hitting her perch and constricting it..
I then realized that she is a blonde after all...
