I am in the process of collecting the supplies needed to build a home for a bearded dragon. Just for fun I was looking at one of those automatic fogger things. It says that it can be used to generate early morning dew in a desert set-up. I've read somewhere that this is where dragons get a lot of their water when in the wild.
Does this really work and is it worth the twenty bucks? Also, has anyone tried it?

Personally, I wouldn't mess with it. I've heard of animals burning themselves on the part that makes the fog. I also think if you have your beardie drink this way you are just increasing the chance for parasite ingestion. JMHO!!

fyi most foggers of this type are not heat, they dont produce steam. I believe they are ultrasonic and create a very fine mist.

I would say, your better off without it. Just use a spray bottle or give him a bath. You could try using a bubbler in the water bowl if he does not get enough hydration from his food.
