I am curious how much captive breeding of Pygmy Chameleons is going on and if people could help me find those breeders. Also, is breeding very difficult with this group in terms of incubation and keeping the babies alive? Thanks so much.
Welcome to kingsnake.com's message board system. Well we not only get c.h. babies from the adults we import but we also get c.b. babies from the adults when we have them here long enough. Right now I have about 15 eggs from females that came in gravid and about 30 eggs of females that have bred while here with us. The eggs are easy to incubate and have a short incubation period and we never have problems keeping the babies alive as long as you feed them and care for them properly. There are a few other breeders that breed them regularly. One such breeder is Ed and Liddy from Kammerflage Kreations.
