Of those 2 I would say miner-all...just because it has other minerals in it besides calcium...although if you can find it I would recommend using t-rex sandfire icb dusts for any species (they're all the same...just labeled differently for marketing purposes). They contain all the vitamins and minerals your leo needs without the need for ANY other supplementation. The man who formulated it actually discourages the use of other supplements b/c it can imbalance the diet. All you do is dust at every feeding
