Egg laying question

z10silver Apr 09, 2004 01:01 PM

I recently switched from peat moss to vermiculite, then found that the geckos were consuming the vermiculite so I switched over to moist tissues as a substrate. My question is, will the females have a problem with laying eggs on the tissues and not being able to 'bury' them?

Moist tissues as in papertowels I hope. Just keep it moist, I have had mine lay on papertowels before.

Why would it matter if I use tissues or paper towels?
