I'm so excited. Twister laid two eggs last Wednesday, on my 36th Birthday. She laid eggs before that weren't fertile and I haven't seen the male making any "romantic" moves so I was thinking this pair was probably no good either, but they didn't dent like the other ones did. And today I took the deli cup out of the incubator to peek at them and saw little red lines inside the eggs. Very distinct. I was told to keep my eye out for veins, I thought I'd have to hold them up to a light or something, but I didn't even touch them, you couldn't miss the little lines. I am so excited! These would be my first babies. I've had eggs from assorted geckos and snakes, but never fertile. I've gotten so used to dudds I thought I'd never get babies. I sure hope these little babies survive to be my first babies, especially since they were laid on my birthday!
Here is a pic of the proud mommy "Twister"

And proud papa "Teddy"

I didn't take pics of the eggs yet. I gave her a nesting tub but she laid the eggs in her moist hide then pulled a layer of paper towel over them to cover them. The eggs are stuck together, I'm leaving them that way. I just bought this pair of Leos in February from Bruce who posts here sometimes. They are very sweet Leos and I can't wait to see what the babies will look like if the eggs make it. I'm incubating for female. Thanks for reading an looking, so many "first egg" posts this time of year!
