i was thinkin about gettin a jungle carpet, but i saw a picture of a white and black carpet python does anybody know were i can get one of these

It sounds like you've seen a picture of a Cape Tribulation Jungle and, if so, the answer is that you can't (unless you live in Australia).
There are US breeders working with black and white lines but they tend to be more of a cream-to-ivory color and don't look anywhere near as spectacular as Cape Trib' animals. They are still pretty nice, though, and a few generations of captive breeding wil no doubt produce some real beauties.
