Algae on my turtle, is this a problem?? HELP!

Hi everyone. I have a hatchling snakeneck turtle and there are some green algae growing on the legs and neck. I know that it is normal for algae to grow on the shell sometimes but THE SKIN?? Is this something I should be concerned of? Please let me know. I would appreciate it very much!
