I do not have any personal experience with the "Chameleon Anoles" but I think I recall reading that their breeding/nesting behavior is not unlike that of some of the larger anole species, such as Knight Anoles. If this is the case, than I think you can expect an egg to be laid about every two weeks, probably in the same favorable spot, which makes them easy to find, through out the summer months. Depending on the incubation temperature, I've read of hatching times as short as 35-40 days and as long as 60 days for Knight Anoles. Unfortunately, I did not keep very good notes for my own succesful Knight Anole hatchings so I can't tell you how long my eggs took or at what temperature I incubated them. Hope that helps. I'm sure a search my common or scientific name on the 'net can get you more info.

As far I even haven't got any personal experiences I can tell you the follow according to my literature (Anolis, Leo Wijffels and Axel Flaeschendrager). It's not know when the lay their eggs, but probably this is related to the rainingseazon in Cuba. Every 5-8 days the lay an egg within the substrate.
If you need more info, please visit the Anolis Contact Group, and ask it on one of the related forums.
There are lot's of people that had breedingresults with them here.
