Hi,
Not a bad care sheet overall. Here are a couple of points you might want to include:
Caging - might mention need for a hide on each end of the tank, humid hide on warm side; also you didn't give any choices of substrate (reptile carpet, paper towels, shop towels) which might be used instead of sand(especially important for juveniles to stay off sand!); you might want to add the necessity for a screen top-I know from experience these guys will climb out given half a chance.
Heating - I've always allowed mine to cool down at night to about 71 degrees, and also have maintained day/night lighting cycle...no UV lighting or anything special, just so they have a simulated day/night period with very bright ambient illumination --the jury is still out on this, but I figure it can't hurt.
Wild caught specimens should be checked for parasites, IMHO.
Handling - I don't handle mine very frequently, normally not more than twice a week. In my experience they are a lot more restless than leos and want to crawl all over you, so need constant monitoring. That being said, they aren't fragile in the same sense as Phelsuma, for example, and tolerate handling readily. I've got one C.v. bogerti that actually climbs onto my hand as soon as I reach into the cage.
These are just my observations, I think your care sheet is pretty complete for the most part. It's a little difficult to read the text against the background, though.
