I also forgot to ask what time of the year do they lay eggs and when do they hatch?

lol, there is this wonderful thing called the internet search, it's very easy and it could help you with all of your turtle needs. Think about it, when do most turtles lay eggs?? Spring or early summer, sometimes late summer. They hatch in autumn and sometimes over-winter in the eggs.
