I'll assume you mean Phyllomedusa Hypochondrialis, and not the Tiger-legged "Lemur" Treefrog (P. Tomopterna).

I personally use a 12x12x36 "tall" enclosure, with a half-screen/half-plexi top for humidity control. Lots of climbing surfaces, and a small water dish are needed.

Temps can run 85+F during the day (no hotter than 90) and around a 10 degree drop at night (to about 75). I use a 40 or 60 watt SunGlo (depending on the ambient room temp) and a flourescent for the day, with a 40 MoonGlo at night. Mine didn't seem to like a red-colored nightlight.

Humidity can rage from 40% ("dry" season) to 65-75 (normal) to almost 85% for breeding.

Food is easy... small crickets, flightless fruit flies, and smaller beetles. Mine enjoy small pill bugs and cultured houseflies. Feeding them every other day is fine.

With dusting, I use the Treefrog Dust by Sandfire/T-Rex every other feeding. That, and a varied insect diet, work well.

A good caresheet that I use for reference is the one at Derek's site. I'll provide a link below.
