I got the call from my Trainer last night the My T-Bred Mare (in foal to a friesian) is starting to really show signs of getting ready to have that baby!! She told me she gives it a week to 2 weeks before the 11 month wait is over. It's down to the wire. So I wanted to know what you guys think it will be. It's been decided that the Foal's registered name will be "Tanion's Love" weather it's a colt or a filly. So What's Tanion's Love gonna be? Colt or filly? Vote now! We'll know very soon if you're right!

Good luck with the foaling For many years I ran a large station, and foaled out between 30 and 40 horses and ponies a year... its amazing how they dont' look preggers for the longest time, and all of a sudden they are huge!! Poor girl is probably changing shape daily as the little feller moves about. Do post pics either here or on the ig forum when baby arrives

As a side note, in the dog world around me it seems to be the year of the boy - 3 litters of puppies, first litter is 4 boys 1 girl, second litter is 6 boys 3 girls, third litter 5 boys 1 girl... none of the litters are mine, but friends so I get to play with em all
