So is a Coral snow a hypo, amel, anery A mixture? How can you tell if a snow is a Coral snow, if that is the definition?

Yes, that is the genetic make-up of the coral snow, but I think it takes generations of "unnatural" selection by breeding the pinkest ones with the pinkest ones to get ones like this. For years, I produced ones that were just so-so. Finally, they're getting the deeper colors now.

Which type of hypo is that? Would you say the different types of hypo would make better/different types fo coral snows? since we already know that they produce different looking ghosts, my guess is that some would produce pinker snows as well... any thoughts?
Thanks,

Nice corn!
As a baby was the Coral Snow any different than other snows? Do you have to keep some snows for 6-9 months before seeing a difference?
Thanks

...what the pair looks like that I recently got from Don. They are late 03's and are approx. 10 to 12 in. so they aren't much bigger than hatchling size.
They are from the same bloodline as the one Don posted a pic. of and you can see how much pink they already have.
I think these are AWESOME and are going to be VERY popular in the hobby.
This is the male:

...... is the female.

Definitely different than regular snows. And really nice!

Sorry this is so late. Thanks, Walter for showing those hatchlings you just got. They hatch out small, but love their pinkes right off the bat. They have lots of pink outta the egg and naturally it gets more and more intense with maturity.
