I think my collareds are way more handlable than the iggy!
The male iggies tend to be a little more tame, my female I got as a rescue, and she is a bit nervousy.
I continue to work with her, but it is very slow going ! I'm sure if you have them from hatchlings, its easier.
My collareds jump right in my hand. I have several wc's also, that tame right down and become nice pets !
But my female iggy is part of the family, and she looks forward to me coming in with her food, and is quite interested in watching everything, just nervous! 
Get both ! LOL
