right after you change up the substrate how happy and bright your dragons look? i just switched out all the bran today in the enclosures and the dragons just look like they are smiling and boy are their colors shining. I noticed this as well the first time i put carrick on bran when he was old enough, he just seemed to change so much. just noticing stuff and thought i would well see if anyone else notices too =) kinda like a cat when you take all the litter out of their litter boxes, scrub it down and put all new fresh litter in.. hehe =P
