i just bought a juvenile carpet python

hi.its my first time posting on this forum but im glad to be doing it as i finally own a carpet python.i got him friday at a new reptile shop where i live.he is about 16 to 20 inches long.he is also tame.i have him in a ten gallon with a climbing branch,a cocomut hide and a water dish.he has a 100 watt light over one side of his enclosure adn astro turf for a substrate and the cage is around 85 during the day and 68 at night.is this ok for him.im leaving him in his cage right now to get adjusted to it adn then i will start to handle him.thanks for you time

a low of maybe 75. I even try to keep my lows in the upper 70's low 80's. Good luck and keep posting if you have questions.
