My new Knigh anoles

Chuck H. Apr 10, 2004 05:16 PM

I haven't been on the forum in a while but I wanted to try to post a couple of pics of my new acquisitions. I purchased these two Knight Anoles from a local pet shop on April 5th for 19.99 ea. The largest is about 4" SVL and the smaller one is about 3" SVL. I haven't seen any aggression yet, so hopefully they are compatible. Since they're sub-adults, I know that the situation can change, I'll just have to keep an eye on them. They are housed in a standard 29 tank for now until I can build something. It's good to be back and I hope to be a bit more active on the forum in the future.

Oops typo, I mean Knight with a "t" anoles! My picture obviously didn't attach, but it is in the anole photo gallery.

I like your new Knight Anoles. They look happy and I hope they do not have aggression for a long time. I want to get Knight Anole as well. The local reptile shop over here in Milpitas, Bay Area, CA sells a male and female Knight anole, but they're $37 each, which is ok for me. You got a pretty good deal o you're anole. There is also an East Bay Vivarium too in the Bay Area which is the biggest reptile store in the U.S.. I haven't checked there yet, though. Good luck, anyways.
