Hi I purchased my second Herman's tortoise today. They sure are addictive. Well the new one seems to be a lot more active than the first one, even though it is a bit smaller. They are both hatchlings but this one is only a month old. Also I've noticed that their color is different, my older one seems to be more blond and the new one is darker. The other thing i've noticed is that my first one only has about 4 front paws and the the new one has a fifth on the side of the paw. Is typical with Hermans? Thanks.
