waxworm question important

Can I feed a couple waxworms to a juvie???....I couldnt find small mealworms and I wanted to give her something different to eat.

You can feed waxworms to any stage of a leopard gecko, but not a real lot or just waxworms as a base diet. I feed my leopard geckos like ten waxworms each whenever I get them, otherwise they eat crickets. They are a good treat and they truely enjoy them. Do not feed them a lot of waxworms very often or else they get hooked and it is very hard to unhook them, but I do not see a problem at all with feeding a smaller sized or younger gecko waxworms, its just fat.
