I know this has nothing to do with field herping but ihave a question. I have seen that a lot of people list all the animals they own after all of there posts, now i know they don't take the time to write them all out every post so how can I do the same thing to my screen name after my posts. Well any help would be greatly apreciated, thanks

I cant believe the Roots are touring with 311, theres a crowd difference right there, I would probally be there too, but just to catch the roots.

Most miss-matched concerts I went to were Creed and Tantric and Creed and Sevendust. Both times I went for the opening bands as my friends had invited me. Tantric and Sevendust were booed off practically. After the "f" word had flown around a few times through the songs, the crowd just sat down and refused to even acknowledge a band was playing. It was pretty funny though. I can't stand Creed...just my opinion though. Alice in Chains forever.

Let me tell you, I have been to many upon many concerts, and 311 stands out as one of the best perfroming bands I have seen. They went on tour with 2 skinee j's and that was an incredible show. Their music now days is very Sublime influenced and they sound sgreat. A MILLION PROPS TO 311! Like I said, just wait untill you see them. As for the Roots, damn I cant wait. That is prob. going to be one of my fav. shows this year other then Wakarusa Fest and Phish. chad

to see bands that will be playing in my back yard. I will be going to St. Louis to see the Dead featuring Warren Haynes though. And then wakarusa festival is 15 minutes from my house. As far as Nesta is concerned, I will be seeing the Wailers at wakarusa. I just saw Ziggy and the Melodymakers....good show...chad

Besides the REAL roots music is Robert Nesta Marley (R.I.P), Black Uhuru, Steel Pulse, Gladiators, Midnite, Don Carlos, Abyssinians, Pablo Moses, the list goes on but the roots are not on my list of Roots music, sorry! We'll let that ens the music discussion. Have a great day finding reptiles. jon

311 sounds a bit like Sublime, but both groups actually were developing at the same time. most people don't know, but the guys from 311 have been really busy for a long time - more than 12 albums in as many years, and all are new stuff, not any of that remix buisness.

They are apropriate for this forum, because other than Foghat's "Slow Ride", 311 is the best road crusin' music in the world, and they do a better show than anyone. I have a friend who is a die-hard KISS fan (and you know what kind of nuts those people are), and he even admitted 311 puts more effort into a show.
