I feed my Uro's 8-10 crix every other night... I dust with herptivite every other feeding and for females I dust with reptocal once a week...
You can sterilize sticks in the oven, I personally would not use even the most diluted of bleach solutions on wood... A pressure sprayer also works well for a good cleaning...
Ridding a Uro of parasites is the trickiest of your questions to answer... Based on my jugment of your experience, I would collect a fecal and take it to a reputable herp vet for examination... (store the fecal in a ziplock in the fridge until you take it in)... More than likely he/she will find coccidian and nematode oocysts, in which he/she will prescribe a treatment regime to erradicate...
Treament is something that can be done yourself, but you have to have the right knowledge, let a lone the right equipment (ie scale for weighing geckos and meds)...
If this is the ONLY Uro you plan to have I wouldn't even bother treating it with meds if there is no reason too (ie lethargy, weight loss, ect.)... Some keepers will disagree with me, insisting that treatment is an automatic step in acclimation... I always treat Uro's on a case-by-case basis... Obviously, if you plan to introduce CB specimens, treatment is an almost must...
However, the best thing for a Uro is to reduce its stress... This will help restore the balance of its natural internal fauna... There are several things you can do to be sure you are doing this... Some basic ones; proper husbandry and a little privacy... You can assist feed it if it isnt gaining weight or eating well, but once you estabolish it, it should do fine...
These are very general answers to your questions, I can elaborate more on anything if you need me too!
