Would you happen to have any pics of your Red Axanthic or Het Red Axanthic? Also who did you get them from? Just wondering.
Thanks,
Luke

Luke,
Well....considering I've produced the only 4 Red Axanthics in existance and Ralph Davis and I haven't sold any Het Red Axanthics I'd say he doesn't have "1.0 Red Axanthic and 0.1 Het Red Axanthic".
Corey
Just to clarify Ralph and I haven't sold any FEMALE het Red Axanthics......we've sold a handful of males.
Corey
Hey Corey,
I knew that and I just thought I would call him out on it. Obviously he didn't feel like talking to me...oh well...it looks like his list may shorten up soon
That is friggen awesome. THose animals are friggen sweet. Just wondering but why did you call them red axanthics? the ones on Ralphs site appear to be more black, silver, and white. the normal axanthics are usually varying shades of grey, black, and brown, but the one on ralphs site has no colors but black, silver, grey, and white.

The picture on Ralphs site is one of the females I produced in 2002 (which I still have in my collection). I sold Ralph a male in 2001 and kept back the 1.2 that I produced. I've only sold 4 het males and I believe Ralph only sold 2 het males. The Red Axanthic project is still in it's infancy. When the Red Axanthics are born they are purple and then they turn to black, grey and white after they shed.
Thanks for the kind words!
Corey

Hey Corey,
When are your Red Axanthic crosses going to start kicking eggs out this year. I can't wait to see what some of the designer crosses will look like. Please post when you get some cool results.
Jim
Jim,
I hope to produce a couple crosses this year. But, it's all upto what my females decide to do. The pastel female that's been bred by my Red Axanthic male has huge follicles in her.......but I don't start counting my eggs until they are actually laid..lol! Hopefully we see some crosses this year. If not I'm happy just producing more hets.
Corey
That should be cool to see blackback pastels. The blushing on them should be awesome...can't wait to see em...hurry up Corey
