Scraped fbt nose

Hello all,
Today I lifted up one of my fbt's slate stones, to find a black unhappy toad.And with that unhappy toad I found a scraped nose. Poor little guy, he must have some how scraped it on his slate rocks!

Is there any specifics I should do for him? Polysporin, paper towels, etc?
