new to frogs and need some help

sandfireman Apr 11, 2004 07:52 PM

hey guyz, im new to this forum. I have a 10 gallon tank setup with a waterfall with pump, wood chips as a substrate, some potted plants in the ground and a branch that hangs above the water fall. It looks nice, anyway I was lookin around for a good frog to get but there so many. I have had a pac man frog before but they are too boring. Arrow frogs look neat but im concerned about there size, will they get lost, hide? Is feeding a problem, what to feed, how to feed? How many can fit into a 10 gallon? Also how do u guyz get that pillow moss to grow? I see it in the woods all the time, is that where u get it? Thanks for all the help, chris,

P.S. I like the blue poison frog, is that a possibilty, how much do poison frogs cost?

Check out my link site below for a lot of good information.

Food should be your number one concern. The main diet of capitve darts is fruit flies which can be cultured with a little effort.
