I had my toad since when I found it as a tiny little half dead thing. Now it is about 2 years later and it is a cute little 2" toad. But as fat as it is long. Like a circle with a head and eyes on it. Cute as a button. and very spoiled.
He or she greets me everytime I walk in. She's not afraid of me either. Would care less if I held it or not (I prefer not--but she jumps on me sometimes when I feed her).
How long will it take to reach adulthood? I hope it's a male. I do enjoy hearing frogs.
My bullfrog is male, and croaks all the time, for example. More frog sounds the better!
I also enjoy playing "frog chorus" (CD-by Echos of Nature). Sounds of tons of frogs. Does anybody else have any recordings of frogs that they recommend?
