must live arid, no water source needed
will live comfortably in 4'x 2' enclosure its entire life

It is a collectors item but is even more valuable considering they are born sterile and do not reproduce. They do not eat or drink much but the space you suggest might be a waste of space. They do increase in value over time.

This was given to me by a very good friend and I will cherish it forever. (it's low mtc. too)

Way cool Ed. I want one of those. I actually know some folks who would even be able to kill this specie.

To answer the question though. I would rather opt for a beanie baby tortoise. You can even leave them on a shelf instead of a 2'x4' enclosure.

All joking aside having zero water source is really not the way to keep any animal so I don't think their are any options for you.

well, let me rephrase that... it will be fine in a 4' x 2' terrarium most of the time. a much larger outdoor pen will be used for summer days
