I purchased their small terraced water dish. When I soaked it in water the paint began to come off. So I e-mailed them to make sure the paint wasn't toxic, it was only peeling underneath but I was still a bit worried. They just sent me a brand new large terraced water dish (more than double the price of the one I bought) for free. Plus they didn't want me to send back the small one, which is still useable (just not as nice looking). Anyways, I am just very impressed with them and their customer sevice. I know where I will be getting all of my reptile supplies from now on.
